What to know before reading the terms
Before you start using the bd777 App, read this User Agreement once; it explains clearly how your account, session, and site behavior work.
Many apps have scattered rules; here the language is simple, and the steps are small. bd777 App On the page, app-related usage is shown separately.
bd777 App User Expectations

Polite conversation is appropriate here; sharing anyone's personal information, phone numbers, or screenshots also violates the rules.
Politeness when talking to Support
Describe the issue in one line in the support ticket; after attaching a screenshot, the issue becomes easy to understand within 2-3 minutes.
Rudeness or irritation doesn't lead to quick solutions; instead, clear information helps identify the problem step by step.

What counts as suspicious activity
Opening new profiles repeatedly from the same device or changing information to evade verification is not good; even if you hide the network, it leaves a trace in the logs.
If abnormal behavior is detected, the system reviews it to maintain a fair experience for honest users.
bd777 Download multi-account policy
1 main account per user is enough for bd777 Download services; even if you use a different name, different phone, or different email for the same purpose, you cannot open multiple accounts.
In this case, reports, settings, and help requests get mixed; contacting Nagad or Rocket from the same profile makes tracking easier.
Family Rules
If multiple people live in the same house, use different information; each profile's behavior must be different, otherwise it will be detected.
If you accidentally duplicate, inform support quickly; delaying makes review take longer.
